I was finally able to attend a regular season wrestling
match this year. Fortunately, I had the foresight to take choke pictures at
their preseason tournament in December. This time, I found myself back at the
dreary dungeon of a gym up in Lahainaluna, shooting into the sunlight peeping
through the windows, bumping up the ISO’s to crazy numbers to make the pictures
come out. The Lahainaluna wrestlers did well and I even got one of my photos
published in the Maui News.
