Crazy. Drove from Wailuku back to Lahaina in the driving rain to catch the second half of the girls' soccer match against Maui High. On the field, it was miserable, windy and wet. The teams were scoreless. I had to slip on the rainsleeve, which made it difficult to see through the viewfinder so who knows what was in focus. Midway through the second half, Maui High finally broke the scoreless tie with a goal that came on a very chaotic play. Many bodies lay on the ground and in the commotion, Maui High snuck in and snuck the ball past goalie Siera Olvera. Game ended at 1-0.
